The judging of cars will take place from 12.00 midday on Sunday 5th July, the cups or prizes will be awarded at 3.00pm.

and because you can never tell what will turn up
- special awards may be made for cars of particular merit.

The Rules
Only fully paid up members
will be allowed to display their cars for judging, with the exception
of the
Best Visitor category.
When you check
in on-site on the Sunday, you'll be given a sheet to indicate which
of the main sections you wish to enter your car into, this should be
left in your windscreen for the day.
Members cars may be entered for more than one
section (e.g. Best Mk2 & Best Modified or Best Ital & Best Estate).
Judges will be
appointed by the Committee and the judges decision is final.
To confirm the results, records of all the individual car rating
decisions will be retained.
Normally two prizes will be awarded in each main section - 'Best in
Class' and 'Runner Up'; unless only two vehicles are entered, where at
the committees discretion, only one prize may be awarded.
All other prizes
are single awards.
The Club Person award is made by the Committee to
the person who in their opinion has made the most outstanding
contribution to the club in the last year.
